There are a number of ways that people are using for treatment, and while some are more effective than others, they all can help in some shape or form. One of the most popular methods is to mix baking soda and water to make a paste and putting it on the arm. From there, you’d want to let the paste dry on your arm for an hour or so, and then remove it after. Other than that, people use the gel from the aloe plant. Others use witch hazel, and even more people take a peppermint bath.
